The Kheer Bhawani Temple is a renowned Hindu shrine located near Tulla Mulla Village in Srinagar. It attracts thousands of devotees and holds deep significance for the Kashmiri Pandit community. The temple is dedicated to Kheer Bhawani, an incarnation of Goddess Parvati, and is built above a sacred spring known for its changing colors.

Originally named Bhawani Mandir, the temple came to be known as Kheer Bhawani due to its association with the popular Indian dessert, kheer. The goddess is also worshipped by various other names, including Maharagya Devi, Ragnya Bhagwati, Ragnya Devi, and Rajni, following the tradition of multiple epithets for Hindu deities.
